a6300 overheating - SDHC vs microSDXC UHS-I Extreme

Just wondering if anyone/any site has confirmed if microSDXC UHS-I are more prone to overheating in the a6300 because the Micro SDXC needs the addition of the adapter when placed in the camera (another level of heat being held in on the card)?

My current a6300 seems to overhead (4K) after about 10 minutes outside in 80 degrees, and am trying to get to 30 minutes.

I know about switching out the batteries, but it seems I should not have to do that till at least 20-25 mins of an 80-degree day.
