Is there a technique to create a macro lens for my Sony RX100 II?

Is there something that I can make, or a technique that can help me achieve 1:1 macro or greater using my Sony RX100 II? I know that there's a Raynox but that seems expensive. I tried using an old Zenit lens but I thought that the setup would be too impractical.
