It's not the saturation but the colourspace that are different.

Very good comparison examples indeed. But my guess is that they are all in the sRGB color space so perhaps it is the conversion from cam space to RGB that varies?

A problem with Sigma is that every camera model has a different cam to XYZ conversion matrix to any other, whereas the sensor spectral response varies but little from model to model.
