Sony RX100V video guidance

Hello, I am a video novice. I will be traveling to Tokyo next month, and hope to capture some video in the best quality as my novice self and RX 100 V will allow. Part of what I hope to capture is a simple 'walk-through' of one of Tokyo's districts, such as this...

But I have numerous questions.  I hope to shoot in 4k, aware of the 5-minute overheating issue.  Do you advise I use 24p 100m, picture profile s-log2.  With that said, based upon the video above, how do I decide the aperture during evening/night.  Am I best to use 2.8 or so?  And do I set the shutter speed at 1/50?  ISO auto?  And then in regard to focus, do I leave it on AF?  Other feedback?

Thanks for any advice.  This is a once-in-a-lifetime trip, so I'm hoping to capture the best  can.
