Help Choosing Rugged Underwater Housing for Canon 5DIV

Hi everyone.  I am not a diver.  I'm a river-tracer / canyoner.  Almost all of my photos are in or around water, but not at depths of more than 5-8 meters.

I'm looking for a case for a Canon 5D4 + 16-35mm F4 IS lens that can withstand a drop of 2 meters and heavy spray from a waterfall and be submerged in a river.  Since I am carrying this camera up river, weight is also a factor. A dome for over/under photos is also a plus.

All of the cases I can find are for diving (rated to 60 meters or so).  Does anyone know how well these cases fare against being hit against a rock? Do they fog up if going from hot sun to cold river all day? Are they easy to carry?

I'm prepared to spend up to $3000 for the right case. If no cases like that are available for the 5D4, using an 80D is also an option.

Thanks a lot!
