Canon 5DS, L bracket and micro blur

I just bought a Canon 5DS and I'm practicing.

I've noticed how careful I must be to avoid micro blur caused by vibrations (usually I shoot with live view)

As I need the super best sharpness, my question is about L bracket: can I buy a generic one or I should buy one just for the D5S (like RRS - that cost really a lot)?

Is the L plate matters a lot about micro vibrations?

I've a quite good tripod (manfrotto 055 carbon fiber) and I'm going to buy the Sirui K40X.
