Hey - thanks. That's super !... and something I never even thought about on my SL1 when I had to retract the lens manually on powering off. Nice to have a few positive things mentioned.

FWIW... when I think back to my all -time-favorite-camera, the Canon 7D, there were a LOT of settings that required extra buttons and a lot of thought to get focus point/s just right. So I guess we can live with punching one button to turn off the LCD display when using the VF.

Anybody else with goodies we may have missed ???
