I have the S and never considered it necessary to upgrade to the T. However, faced with the choice and a $200 difference, I'd get the T. My reasons:
1. WiFi, which you already mentioned as not being enough alone.
2. Charging via the USB port. Very handy if you do not carry a charger. You can even charge from a backup USB battery pack if you have standard micro-USB cable.
3. Classic Chrome film emulation mode, not available on the S. It is very nice.
4. The T is newer. All other things being equal (assuming both are treated well), there will be less wear on the T.
All of the X100 Series cameras show the mechanical shutter count, which cannot be reset by the user. The counter includes shutter activations besides those used for a photo.
Some have reported faster autofocus and better EVF on the T - I am not sure if that is true. However, given all the factors, the T would be worth an extra $200 to me.

- The X100T also has a larger LCD 3" vs 2.8"
- Replaces the command wheel with a 5-button pad.
- Adds an ERF option to the OVF. This brings up a miniature EVF in the lower right corner of the viewfinder window so you can see a mini live view to aid in manual focusing and exposure adjustments when you are using the OVF. I don't use it but some people think it provides the best of both worlds.
just a personal observation on my part but my first X100T was a silver model and I constantly had people coming up and asking if I was using an old film camera. This was kind of a double edged sword; on the negative side it drew unnecessary attention to me when I didn't want it but, on the plus side it gave me the opportunity to engage in a conversation and be able to ask if I could take their photo which is something I would not normally have the courage to do. Now I have a black X100T and nobody pays much attention.

When all else fails, maybe it's time to read the manual.
