KEH is a reputable outfit. I've bought several lenses from them. They are accurate in the rating of the used items from my own experience and from what others have reported. No hassle returns, and you can print the UPS return label they provide. Of course the return postage cost is deducted from the refund, or you can pay your own shipping. Strangely, I found that my own cost to ship the item via UPS at a local UPS store is slightly more than the prepaid label KEH provides for the same box. Anyway, enjoy!
