Anthropics Has Terrible Service

If the software owner is a member here, I demand a phone call back. I left a message on the phone and I filled out a form and I have yet to get a reply. I purchased Landscape 1 a few years ago and since then my computer had issues and some of my programs were lost so I have been trying to get it reinstalled and every time I put the activation token in, it keeps telling me it's already activated and it can't be used again. That's hogwash. The second issue I am having is I purchased Landscape 2 and I can't get it installed either.

I need help her Anthropics. I spent a lot of money on your Studio Portrait pro over the years upgrading to the highest one you got and I deserve a phone call because you don't answer my tech tickets. If I don't get help soon, I want a full refund for LandscapePro 1 and LandscapePro 2
