I think I figured it out. Its Lightroom. If you process the RAW in Lightroom, its screwing around with the colors. If you process the RAW file directly in Camera, it looks just fine. Infact, it looks better than the RAW processed by Lightroom.
Here is the comparison. Left is the Lightroom while right is the Camera JPEG:

However, the missing Red Light from the AV Receiver is still an issue.
Thanks for making the raw data available. AFAICT, you're using DR400 for the Fuji shot. The signal was amplified by 2EV less as a consequence. In other words, the signal from the Sony was amplified by 3EV above base amplification; the signal from the Fuji was amplified only by 1EV. The red light is not blown out, in fact you have a low-light scenario. So I would suggest you repeat the shot with DR100. You might be running into an issue of amplification vs brightening. See if that gets rid of the "white dots". How much brightening did you apply to get the "white dots"?
Thanks Guys! Your unique perspectives helped me point out the exact issue. The problem within Lightroom is basically the Color Noise Reduction Slider. By default the slider is always at 25. I think this is standard Lightroom defaults. That is causing all the chaos with the colors 'draining' onto the nearby objects.
Here is a comparison:
Notice the Red Squares I highlighted.
Here is the exact same RAW file with Color Noise Reduction turned down to 3. Notice how the green hair clip lying on the carpet magically reappears.

I was totally disappointed by the colors initially, but now I'm totally fine with the workaround.
