DeadLeaf4 and DeadLeaf_2 are good.

If you want a deeper DOF try a wider angle.

You should be able to see fluorescence without the camera.

If you want to get really crazy surreal check out near infrared. I had a Canon A640 converted to full spectrum. I found that stacked polarizers work well for cutting off the visible wavelengths just as much as I want. Don't use Kolarivision for Canon compacts. They messed up the focus (all macro until zoomed half way) and were completely unapologetic. They said they couldn't figure out how to do it right for full spectrum but couldn't be bothered to say so in advance. There is an ebay store that has been building feedback and seems OK.
