Sony AX53/B video file size?

Hey there!

I am thinking about getting a Sony AX53/B camcorder, but I have one question that I can't find the answer to anywhere.

I record my band's live shows, and my current camcorder has one annoying limitation: When I leave it recording, it splits up any long session into multiple files (2GB limit per file, I believe). So, if it starts a new file during continuous shooting (in the middle of a song, say), when I try to stitch the files together during editing there is a "skip" where the two files meet. It's not seamless, and it ruins the video recording of the song.

Does the Sony AX53/B do the same? Is there a file limit size? Will I be able to, say, record a 10GB  single file, without the camcorder automatically splitting up the video during continuous recording?

I sure hope so. If any of you have experience with this camcorder, and can give me a solid answer on this question, I would super appreciate it!

Thanks!
