FZ2500 - too much green color in this situation

I went on a 9-mile hiking trip with friends this morning. It was around a reservoir, with lot of trees, ups and downs, mostly shade from the trees but bright sunlight through the gaps.

I took this shot of a broken/abandoned 4-wheeler. It could have been an old ATV but I am not sure why someone would have brought it there, damaged it so badly and left it there in a state park.

Anyway, my post is about the colors.

There is too much green in these photos, compared to what the actual scene looked to the naked eye. I tried processing from RAW as well as camera JPEG. Not much difference. I applied DxO Optics 'Standard' profile and 'Clear View' on the RAW. No adjustments to JPEG. Both downsized for easier upload.

Camera JPEG - better than RAW file but still has more green that what I saw with my eye

From RAW - this is worse

Do you have any suggestions for how to avoid this while taking the photo, if possible, or process better?

Thanks!
