12-40mm decentering

I've used the 12-40 for two years and I love the lens. In some situations I've noticed some decentering in the far right corner. I'd say most people would never notice it as it is very minor and not visible in most situations. I've only seen it go really bad in a handful of images, but that's enough to bother me.

I'm thinking of getting another copy of the lens, but is there such a thing as a perfect 12-40 or will I be wasting my time? It has been at Olympus service along with an E-M1 body once. I don't think I'll bother again as it will cost me and I'm not sure it'll become better.

Does Panasonic 12-35/2.8 and 12-60/2.8-4 or even Oly 12-100/4.0 have better quality control? Or should I just go with primes, although the problems exist there too. The main benefit of m43 system is the zooms for me though.
