With they new PL 8-18mm out, I suspect the market for P 7-14 f4 will be very good.  I have the lens on an Olympus with the Wratten 2A back filter.  I don't do a lot of  UWA, but use the lens on every trip that needs interior or shots of buildings close up.  I may not be fast enough for astrophotography, but I don't do that either.

The P 7-14 f4 is really not that large and would extend your 14-140 for interior or architectural work.  Distortion is not as problematic as a fish eye and shoot wide and clean it up in post processing.  I would not bother with the newer UWA offerings unless the f 2.8 was needed.  Most of my work does not need 2.8.
