I got lost in translation, English is not my native language. I was referring to a point where the aperture of a lens produces sharper images. Below that point the lens is not that sharp and above that point the image starts to get "softer" again. So my question was: at what aperture the 15-45 mm is at it's sharpest point?

Don't personally know; you can check Photozone for measurements. All I know from my own use is that is it is sharp in the center and near center wide open at all focal lengths. Stopping down will only improve on that.
