Great shots! You're right, anticipating when the'll take off is the hardest part.
After that experience kicks in. Most of my bursts, the third or forth frame doesn't show the whole bird anymore I find it very hard to still get nice composition, with more space ahead of the bird vs. behind.
But I guess that's what makes it interesting!
Your pictures look very nice and sharp, hopefully one day I'll get some like that out of my Sigma 150-600C.

I don't burst that often preferring to trip the shutter when I see things I like in the viewfinder. I will burst If I don't think I can keep up.
The 150-600C is a very capable lens, keep practicing your pans.
