I don't know if this can help you, but in RawTherapee, you can load any supported image, apply the changes ("color grading") you want to achieve the desired look, save the changes as a preset, and then open the identity HaldCLUT (neutral), apply the saved preset to it, and save the resulting HaldCLUT. Now you have a new HaldCLUT which can be used to apply the same changes to any image, from a software which can read HaldCLUT's (or I guess you can convert your HaldCLUT to some other LUT format).
