Isn't the 12-32mm the one that doesn't have a focus ring? If so I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole as I like to be able to intervene and focus manually if the camera either wont lock on or locks onto the wrong thing. For example I was photographing squirrels the other day and AF can lock onto a twig rather than the squirrels eye, shooting through glass, fences or foliage can cause issues and it's an advantage to be able to tweak the focus without too much faff on.

I have the 14-42mm mega ois. There seem to be several lenses with more or less the same description so just to be clear the one I have is the one which is quite small, prime sized really, and used to come as a kit lens and indeed I got mine with a GX80. I'd take this lens every time over any similar range lens that doesn't have a focus ring.

Anyway, I have a GX7 and it's a fine camera but I want to mention a couple of potential issues.

Firstly the camera can induce shutter shock when used with some lenses and this can cause anything from a slight blurring which is hardly noticeable to a slight double image which may be noticeable in a whole image when viewed normally. Switching to the electronic shutter negates the shutter shock issue but brings a couple of new issues such as rolling shutter effect and banding under some flickering lighting. So, really the best solution is to use lenses which are not affected by shutter shock or buy a camera that doesn't induce it.

I also have a GX80 which doesn't seem to suffer from shutter shock. The GX80 brings other improvements such as a quieter mechanical shutter and other goodies but it costs more and lacks the GX7's tilting EVF and physical MF/AF switch.

I'd advise caution when looking at older MFT bodies due to the shutter shock issue. I like my GX7 but I wouldn't recommend one to anyone who wasn't aware of the issues it has when used in combination with some lenses.
