I use Enlight for photo retouching and cloning, and it works a treat!
Another excellent feature in Enlight is the "Mixer" tool which is ideal for multi shot group shots, where there will be always someone that blinks or is not looking as good as they would like. This tool makes it easy to merge parts of one image to another with impressive results.

Enlight is pretty awesome (and was way before all the other 'premium' ipad editing tools), but to me was a TOTALLY foreign workflow than what I was used to. Not worse, just different.
