Focal length doesn't matter if you are only interested in how big will the subject appear  on the photo. 1:1 with a 30 mm is the same as 1:1 with a 60mm lens (if a sensor is the same, of course). Focal length affects perspective and working distance - you have to be much closer to the subject with a 30mm lens if you want to get 1:1.

Of course, magnification in itself is only half the story, because there is also linear resolution of the sensor. Which is also higher on m4/3 sensors than on full frame sensors.

Which means m4/3 cameras and lenses are better for macro than full frame systems. Lenses have better magnification, sensors have better linear resolution and on top of that you get more DoF for a given aperture (which neutralises noise advantage of the full frame).
