For old XP 32, you can add one of many existing "copy pathname" shell extensions (starting from mine, available from http://www.fastpictureviewer.com/downloads/#links ) and do just about the same: Ctrl+A to select all, then right-click and click "Copy Pathname".

From there you can paste the list of file names anywhere.

It's six years later, but I needed to do this today. The adobe forums were no help, but your suggestion worked in a minute.
