I didn't take 3D videos underwater. I tried on land; It works, but I am not a good video man.

The underwater pictures was synced only by pressing the 2 camera buttons together by hand. Most of the times it works!!

Your color is great. Most underwater pics are way off the color because of water light refraction. I think you could do some good videos, but you'd need a good 3D editor like Vegas to match up the videos. I've done it with land base videos and it works. I have not done underwater, though.

The colors disappeared underwater in the order of the spectrum: first red ... etc.

I shoot with red filter and repair the colors in photoshop, taking pixels  from the green and blue channels to the red channel. Is not perfect, but it works.

If I don't shoot 3D, I use an Olympus E-PL2 with Sea&Sea strobe. Is a different game!
