Only in the sense that you don't have to magnify the image as much for a given print size.

Thanks, but the magnification and higher ISO are not the same. The question is, does the bigger sensor help in any way with higher ISO.

No, because the pixels are the same size. Unless it's a completely new chip design, which I do not think it is, the signal to noise ratio will be the same if the pixel size is the same. So, for instance, if you took picture at iso 1600 at the pixel level the noise would look the same. But if you wanted to make a print the H would appear as if it had less noise because you don't have to enlarge it as much.
