Oh, well that is easy.

A D800 with several reasonably good lenses, mainly using the 35-70 f2,.8, 60 2.8 and 70-200 f4 for scenic pictures.  Often stitched panoramas.

If I am walking any distance a Fuji X-E2 and 16-55 or 16-50 if the light is good and will remain so.

None of these produce unacceptable results though 16-50 to 16-55 to Nikon each does improve the IQ.  You don't look at the Fuji pics and think "no good" but some of the Nikon shots have a quality the smaller camera won't match and sometimes you can see it before your very eyes.

The Fuji replaced a first generation M43 from Olympus.  That didn't produce good enough IQ for me.
