Olympus C-8080

My wife still uses her Olympus C-8080, and does not want to replace it with a new one. I remember laying out a number of 8x10 prints of a trip to Italy in front of my class of Radiology Residents in medical school and asking them why the pictures were so gorgeous. They all responded (incorrectly) "high resolution". Well the resolution was indeed good for that time, but this camera only allows ISO of 25, 50, and 100. That, coupled with the wonderful lens yielded VERY low noise images. I measured the time required to save a raw image at 12 seconds, which is all we used for many years, though we now use ISO=100 to reduce motion artifacts of our young grandkids. Getting harder to find Compact Flash cards.
