X100F, AUTO-ISO, AF-C, Speed priority => ISO value not displayed even with shutter half pressed

Hello guyz,

I've been searching for this issue through the forum unsuccessfully...

I have this particular issue with my X100F, with AUTO-ISO set, when in AF-C, mode S (speed priority), then the actual ISO value cannot be displayed even with shutter half pressed. I can read the actual value that was chosen when I review the picture, but not before...

All I get on the LCD is the max ISO value of the AUTO-ISO settings, even with button half press.

Any reason for this? An issue, or just as expected?

Note: it works fine if I set the camera to AF-S though...

Thank you for your answer,
