Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II
Hi, all. I have a Pentax K30, which I keep in the car. (just in case). Also I have a K3, (which I love Have many lenses from film days. Eternally greatful that Pentax kept same mount). When I had 2 major operations on my right wrist, so not so strong, I bought a Olympus OMD M1, mark one. because of the weight, (lighter).
Because I am a bit of a camera fenatic I also have a Sony RX100 II. Also love., but no vewfinder. So I bought a TS110.
Now I realise I am getting greedy. (believe or not I don't have that much money to spare. I got a bit from sale of things accumilated over the years ). Lets face it- I'm not going to last forever!!
Now, I realise I am being stupid about this. Love Photography. Did cert 111. Not very good at 'Photoshop".
It's plain to me as a 71 year old man I need to consolidate my cameras. Getting good results, to my satisfaction. Able to print out good stuff if I need to, but mostly family stuff. 17 grand children.
The question I would like to ask is, Do I need to get Olympus OM1 Mark II. I believe it is great. and dump th rest?? Many lenses.
Plainly, second-hand stuff doesdn't fetch much money. I have a freind who won't get rid of his Nikon stuff because, as he says I'm no not giving it away. I feel the same.
Any imput greatfully received. Thanks Dave
