Utah trip (National Parks) lens advice

Hello,

I have an upcoming family trip planned to Utah to see the "Big 5" National Parks. Looking forward to the photographic opportunities but I don't want to be loaded down with equipment and/or constantly swapping lenses. I'd like to get some good landscape shots (no surprise there) and pics of my kids/wife in front of those landscapes.

I mentioned being "loaded down" above. I'm fortunate to have an X-T2 with battery grip, the 16-55 (a polarizing lens I know), 50-140 w/ 2x teleconverter, the 35mm f2 and the 10-24. So, besides the 35mm, I've gone the big and expensive route in building my kit. Love the quality, the feel of the camera, the colors etc. But in terms of size, I can't bring it all with me on a family vacation - it's like my old Nikon kit.

So, if you had these options what would you bring? Could I get by with "just" the 16-55? Big honking lens I know but I love the contrast and look of the photos it produces. If you had this kit, what would you bring in terms of lenses? I sold some other older equipment recently and I have some money to spend ($700) if I need to add something else. Or should I sell everything and get a Leica Q? Kidding.... sort of.

Thanks for the help.

Nick
