Hello All
Interesting responses to this question.
I have submitted on three attempts and been failed by QC on Alamy, mostly due to my images (raw, manual) being too soft/diffused when viewed at 100%. Seems the trusty Canon cant hold it up when shooting at wide apertures/higher ISO.
Party my inexperience of course, and I am not done with the G9X yet. But I asked a similar question on Alamy and very few people have had any luck with the G9X (i also notice on this thread that no one has replied with a "yes" - its all about other Canons (like the G7X).
So, it seems that the G9X isn't going to perform up to Alamy's standards, and I have been urged by a lot of people to purchase the Song RX100 III if I want to stay on the compact side but be in a better position to get past Alamy QC.
The real reason for trying to submit to Alamy is that I wanted to learn more about the craft of taking a photograph. I am for sure learning a lot,
Thank you to all who have responded.

G7x and g9x image quality are the same- the sensor is identical, and if anything the g9x lens is less compromised since it has shorter range- so there should be no reason that would be the cause of rejection.
If you're saying your rejections are "mostly due to my images (raw, manual) being too soft/diffused when viewed at 100%" you may want to address those issues and see if you get further. If focus is off, keep practicing or try autofocus. If raw is the issue, work on how you sharpen your images when you process them, or shoot high quality JPEG.
