X100F flash toggle/cycle?

is there a way to set up one of the X100F buttons to toggle the flash on/off (with "on" being some preset, like TTL Auto) or cycle though the modes with successive presses?

I know I can map a button to bring up the flash settings but then I have to use the control wheel to select the right mode. Same thing on the Q-menu. I'd just like to be able to turn it on with a click or two. I'm coming from a X100S if that gives you an idea of what I'm looking for.

I'm mostly loving the X100F so far but there is definitely a lot of new ground from the X100S.  one thing I don't really like (which probably contributes to the above) is the rear wheel, I find it almost impossible to move it without pressing it - especially to the left. I don't have a problem with the front one.  Hopefully I'll get used to it but for now I miss the d-pad wheel on the S.
