Another vote for x100. I'd get rid of my xpro2 but I'd only get rid of my x100s if I was replacing it with another x100xyz.... and even then I'd probably keep it.

1/8000th shutter speed is useless to me, I've never gone above 1/2000th and even that is rare. X100 packs way more actually useable features: built-in flash, nd-filter, hss, pancake lens. Reliability is through the roof so I don't see it crapping out on you any more than any other camera out there.

I use the xpro2 because it allows me to use the amazing xf lenses and is similar to the x100 series shooting experience.

However, in your case, is the xf23f2 better than the x100 23f2??

If the answer is no or that it is only marginally better, I don't see the point in lugging around a bigger, bulkier camera and lens and paying hundreds more.
