I see this is a zombie thread, but I want to add my two cents.

Screw all of these companies with solutions looking for problems to solve. Two cameras, two Nikon straps. The pro straps with the rubberized back is best, since they won't slip easily.

The primary camera is on left shoulder or monopod. Secondary camera is slung over right shoulder with grip forward, hanging down. when having to swap cameras quickly, the left arm goes through the primary camera strap and gets sling to the shoulder while the other hand grabs the second camera ready to shoot. If you are using the monopod, that camera goes into the crook of your left arm. That camera stays at the wide setting in case the shot has to be "from the hip."

It works. It costs nothing.
