Sony HX80 MP4 vs AVCHD
I currently own the Sony HX80, but just have a question about which file format is better for video, MP4 or AVCHD.
The highest quality for MP4 that it can shoot is 1920x1080 60p 28M, and for AVCHD it is 60p 28M (PS). Wouldn't these two qualities be the same?
I don't really notice a difference between the two when I record. I only video things like everyday life and any concerts I go to. So is there an advantage of one file type over the other?
