Fujifilm 6900 battery problem. External power?
Yes i know its an old camera.
I have a fun project for it. BUT in the past weve problems with it not holding a charge and a battery life thats rubbish. Its been sent away but not been able to be fixed.
My idea would be to use a external power source.
Plug into the charge port. The camera work fine off the mains. I would get a 5v 2amp battery pack and run that. Not sure whether it would have to have the np30 battery in the camera also?
Im interested in doing a infra red conversion.
I dont want to spend to much money on it.
Take the camera appart and remove the ir lens filter from the sensor.
Ill need a "la fx9" lense adaptor and a 55mm infra red lens.
Ive read a bit about it and it interests me.
I do have a nikon d3200 camera i use which wont get modified and gets used in a somewhat normal fassion.
