Metering is fine, no worries there in A or M modes,

but a good EVF in m4/3rds makes manual focus so much easier than with the DSLR's OVF.

E-M5 or E-M10 is the cheapest choice (with adapter) but my favourite is the VF-4 EVF on any m4/3rds body.
