Anyone else here just stick to 1 INTERCHANGEABLE body and 1 lens for the Fuji system

I know most people consider it a waste.  After trying out the Fuji system as my main and only kit, I decided to go back to FF DSLR.  But I still wanted some of that Fuji awesomeness for when a smaller camera was preferred.  I was debating an X100 of some flavor (I previously had an X100s) or an X-body and a lens or two.

With the X-T1 on sale, I decided to pick up a body and a 23mm f/2 lens.  I'm actually quite pleased with just this combo.  Obviously the 23mm is very versatile as a focal length, and I'm not seeing much IQ falloff from my old X100s (if any).  And there are some things I like about the X-T1 more than the X100s, such as the larger EVF and tilting LCD.  I was originally thinking of adding at least 1-2 more lenses, but I'm strongly considering just using that money on more DSLR lenses, and sticking to X-T1 and 23mm f/2 only.

Maybe I'm the only one, but has anyone else made this kind of decision?  And what drove you do pick this option over an X100 series or an X70?
