For the fans and advocates of UniWB - Questions

Reading through the material, I'm curious for those of you who advocate for this approach, coupled with ETTR:

Assuming you're shooting people moving in a natural environment (as opposed to a controlled environment aka studio), what's your proposed workflow at camera? Are you simply spot metering the brightest area in your scene and doing mental math, moving your exposure manually off from what the camera is telling you is "correct"?

If you're mixing light sources and temps, what guesstimates are you making regarding how white balance is being affected by the light?

Since you can no longer use the in-camera rendered JPEG to judge overall image character, how are you dealing with things like balancing ambient with fill flash, while accounting for the scene's inherent "curve" or - haha - natural "gamut"?

For those of you shooting something other than birding, landscapes, flowers, your pet, your back yard, canyon rocks… and incorporating UniWB or similar approaches, I'd love to see your work and learn from you.
