Lighting for corporate portraits (mass "production")

Hi all,

I have volunteered, for a good cause (supporting unemployed people) to shoot the basic corporate shots (you might have seen people shooting those in job fairs). Typically for corporate shots I will spend the time to fine tune the light for my specific subject but since tomorrow I will have to cover a "volume" I will not really have the time to work the light for each subject (apart of changing a bit the ratios).

What will be your choice for a basic setup of 2-3 lights that will still be good enough for many faces. I am thinking for a basic umbrella as main light and perhaps a second light as strip light and hair light.

What will you suggest?

Thanks Alex
