An excellent entry level fast prime MFT lens

When I first learned that I needed a fast prime lens for my PL1, thanks to an accomplished photojournalist who liked my camera but thought the kit lens was sharp, but slow, I went searching for one.  I found this Panny 25mm 1.7 lens online for about $200, brand new.

Since then I've gained more lenses, but I still use this one more than all the others as a walking around lens.  This is a "fast fifty" for the MFT cameras.  It's cheap, it's sharp, and it's fast.

Spend more money, and get more lens.

But the MFT camera user has to buy that first fast prime before they understand just what advantages a fast prime lens gives.

Five stars, for an excellent product at a low, affordable price.
