NX30 Noisy Photos?

Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this Forum and wanted to ask you guys for a solution to my problem.

I am a beginner hobby photographer. I don't photograph that much. But I got some photos I am quite happy with, but my problem is the outcome of those photos.

In camera I am quite happy, I shoot in RAW and run my pics through Lightroom (exposure, WB and color corrections) and Photoshop (some sharpening and retouching) and the photos look quite okay on 100% view. When I zoom in they don't look nice anymore. Some heavy pixels and very much noise.

When I use them as a dektop background on my pc it immediately looks amateur-like, but I want to go for that HD look.

I export my images as a jpg. I attached an example.

This one was shoot with an ND8 Filter on my 18-55 Kit Lens. 18 Seconds at ISO200. I know that Long Exposure Shots add noise, but I am absolutely not satisfied with the outcome.

I would really appreciate some tips and helpful critic

Thanks in advance
