OV3 not recognising my E-M5ii
About a couple of months ago, I updated both my OV3 software and my E-M5ii firmware to the latest versions.
Since then, OV3 refuses to recognise my camera and I can't auto-import my images as I used to do - I now have to manually download them by extracting the card and plugging it directly into my Windows 10 PC. This is a real pain, as previously I used OV3 to automatically download my new images to date-named folders, and then used Import in Lightroom to get them ready for processing in LR.
Olympus UK were very unhelpful, and after suggesting it must be a Windows problem, stopped responding to any further enquiries (having previously made a couple of quite bizarre suggestions on how to fix it!).
Has anyone else encountered this problem? And more importantly, found a solution?
And not at all related to the previous question ... can anyone suggest good default values for sharpening and noise reduction (Detail) that I can apply automatically during an Import into Lightroom?
