Trade up advice

I have a GH4 and an EM-1 with a mix of Pany and Oly glass.  I had them both so I would have a backup but I'm finding that I can use my FZ 300 as a backup if necessary.

I can sell both the GH-4 and EM-1 and apply the proceeds towards either a GH5 or EM1 Mark II.  If I go with the Oly I get an extra $200 bonus rebate.  Nice but not enough to really sway me.

I don't do any video and virtually all my shooting is outdoors of plants, flowers, insects and wetlands along with some landscape shooting.

With this in mind and with the informaiton that's available about the two new cameras which would you choose, and why?

Thanks for your thoughtful response.
