I have a Canon 750d (with 18-135mm STM and 50mm 1.8 STM lens) bought last summer with approximately 400 shots. I don't a lot of videos and I basically shoot landscape and portrait.

The 750D is an very good DSLR. (I use a T6s or 760D.)

Only 400 shots since last summer? (I shot that many in the first week.) You should get out more often and boldly create a lot of images, and learn from your varied experiences. Use the camera and know it well. Don't be shy.

I can sell my camera for 500 euros right now. Do you think that is worthy upgrading my 750d for a canon 70d with 6500 shots that costs 700 euros?

No, I don't think so.

I don't have a tripod and I don't know if with that money (200euros) I would buy a decent one or perhaps buy a more decent lens than the 18-135mm.

If you feel you need a tripod in order to improve your photography, shop for one. This is perhaps more important than selling and buying cameras.

The 18-135 IS STM is a very good zoom lens. Until you shoot extensively with it in different scenarios, how can you determine which "more decent" lens you will need?
