Just had a look on eBay thinking - I'm always interested in cheap but interesting lenses. Yikes that 1.2 version carries a bit of a premium. I think I'll be looking for an Auto Tak

It's always that way with 1.2 lenses, although I can't find any of the MC version on eBay at the moment. The earlier M42 Tomioka version is usually listed with very high 'buy it now' prices. The later MC version, which I think is only available for PK mount, often sells for less than GBP200; still a premium over the 1.4 lenses but relatively affordable for a 1.2
