Minimum Bokeh at Maximum Aperture?

Hello, I want to know if there is a way to get maximum light through without shallow depth of field in background. I'm trying to create 80's film look; need deep depth of field without compromising to small aperture like f11. Is there any fast lens which gives less bokeh at high aperture (say f2), and good focal plane width?

Camera : Canon 700D

Canon EOS 700D (EOS Rebel T5i / EOS Kiss X7i)
