I've fixed the link to the album....btw, don't have flickr and don't want another photo account. I have three already.
I just had a look at your photos especially the last on is very sharp.
Most of them seem to have problems due to too long exposure time - unfortunately EXIF data is not reported.
Did you use the JPG directly from the camera or did you shoot RAW? I shoot RAW or RAW+JPG all of the time.
If you shoot JPG could you please let us know your settings regarding sharpness? Grade I think form -4 to +4 and if you selected EX or F (extra sharpening or fine sharpening).
Pentax has the attitude to deliver all of their cameras at medium settings and not at best settings. So before using it you should do some testing and tweak the JPG machine to your needs. Best way is to shoot a few RAW photos - go into toe software that comes with your camera - play around with the settings which are same you can select in your camera - and transfer the optimum settings from the software to the camera - now you have the personalized best available camera you can get on the market.
Pentax settings is soft compared to Canon or Nikon. It is a problem if you want to da any post-processing at your JPGs if these are overcooked regarding sharpness - but with a little bit soft touch within you can easily add some sharpness right to the point in post-processing.
You could also try if your camera is well adjusted according the AF.
This is a focus finder from a German website (I use this one for my testing):

This version may be easier to build from the print:

Print it and test if the AF has some shift from the correct value.
If you offer a high resolution photo I could try to do some post-processing with piccure+ - a program adding sharpness to your photos. Here a short youtube clip that shows how it works:
