D500 or D750

I'm leaning towards getting a D500 over the D7200 or D750. Any reasons not to or is it better to wait longer? I currently have the D3300 which I love but really having trouble with slow autofocus and so-so low light performance.

I'm planning to use the camera for a real variety of things - not just birds or sports, so maybe D500 is overkill. Hoping to find a used version and save a bit of cash.

I also plan to use with Tokina 11-16 2.8, Sigma 17-50 2.8, and the Nikkor 70-300.

Some thoughts:

1. New products coming - wait for any cool new 100 anniversary cameras?

2. New products coming - wait and buy a cheap used D7200 or D750?

3. Would full frame be better for low light and image quality. The thought of getting new lenses adds a lot of costs, though.

ANSWER:
Nikon D3300 Nikon D500 Nikon D7200 Nikon D750
