I'm on my first set of inks, a refurbed P800 and they sent the 80ml cartridges instead of the typical 64ml starters :-), and my LK cartridge is also going to be the first one that will give out.

And yes, you can replace the cartridge as the printer is working. Go to the 8:40 mark on this video:
